My husband and I have an S Corporation for our RE business, an LLC and we just opened our Management Company under Sole proprietorship (myself) which is managing only our properties. We have several properties owned by our LLC and we registered our Management Company owned by our LLC as well. Now we are thinking wouldn’t it be better for asset protection to register our Management Company under our S Corporation instead of the LLC?
